When a shop uses Wubet to manage its business and customer data, the shop is typically the data controller (or equivalent) with respect to its customers' personal data, and Wubet acts as a data processor / service provider. When individuals interact directly with Wubet (e.g., creating an account, contacting support, or visiting our marketing site), Wubet acts as a controller.
3. Information We Collect
We collect information in the following categories: a. Information you provide directly • Account registration and profile data: name, address, phone number, password (hashed), business name, business address, and related contact details. • Appointment and booking data: appointment details, preferred times, service selected, notes, and related communications. • Payment and billing information (if applicable): billing address, payment method details. • Communications: messages sent through the platform, support requests, feedback, and correspondence. • Shop management data: staff accounts, schedules, service catalogs, and operational settings entered by shop users. b.
